Kingsvilla properties Ltd is a focused real estate company with a large, well balanced portfolio comprised of residential, commercial and mix-used properties.
The company was incorporated in July 12,2021. After series of disappointment from several companies who didn't deliver the necessary result expected of them from the client, neither allocate them as proposed.
Then, the vision was shared with few friends who bought the idea and we're ready to lunch into it; but several challenges which includes financial constraints made them fall apart.
After couple of months passed, it rose again with the courage to approach other companies for affiliation in their properties. Many opened their hand but the most outstanding one among them was Pineleaf Estate Company.The company grabbed the opportunity and pushed it till date.
The company was formed to develop well design, competitively priced real estate in Nigeria. Over the past years we've been consistent in contributing our quota to the growth and development of Nigeria's economy as well as improving the lots of individuals and corporate clients through investment in real estate, because we deliver a service that provides integrity, professionalism and peace of mind to our clients.
